Intensive In Home Services:
CCCS works with youth ages 4-21 that are at high risk of being removed from the home, either because they are experiencing significant behavioral or emotional difficulties or because they have been subjected to abuse or neglect. Our Intensive In-Home Counselors work with clients and their families to reduce or eliminate this risk and establish a stable, healthy home environment.
Mental Health Skill Building Services:
CCCS works with adults ages 18 and up that are experiencing difficulty remaining in their home environment independently due to a mental illness. Mental Health Skill Building counselors provide case management and service coordination, and assistance with activities of daily living such as budgeting, hygiene, cooking, medication management, and transportation. Our Mental Health Skill Building Counselors work with clients to achieve a level of independence in their daily living skills to keep the client living independently.
CCCS also provides outpatient individual, family, and couples therapy for adults, adolescents and children. Our licensed and licensed-eligible LPC’s and LCSW’s provide treatment to individuals who are dealing with a multitude of issues that cause impairment in their daily lives in sessions ranging in frequency from once a week to once a month here at our office. Our skilled clinicians utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. We accept Medicaid, Optima, and Anthem insurances for this service as well as self-pay.
